Allendale Residence 2

This yard floods during heavy rain storms. The basement was flooded during Hurricane Irene. After renovating the basement this patio was built with a retaining wall and raised plating to create a berm to prevent future flooding in the basement. A series of drains were installed and connected to a dry well for further protection.
